No, in this case the video is quite fake. The footage in the PiP is from another video, a different one. Plus the background is full of trees in the back window, and no trace of the passing trucks. Still, quite a hilarious gif. The truth isn't too far off - most drivers in the double-dashcam videos aren't at all thrilled by the whatever's glowing in the sky.
