Grey's Anatomy is actually Dwarf Fortress

This never occurred to me, because I have never had any urge to watch the show, but my girlfriend wanted to. I realized halfway through an episode that there were some eerie resemblances, and I mentioned this. The rest of the night focused around the horrifying conclusion that the two were so similar. Highlights of this discussion include

-People/Dwarves called by the surname Mc(Adjective)
-So called doctors who accidentally kill more then they save
-Constant drinking and partying
-Doctors who 'need alcohol to get through the working day'
-A supposedly tame lion who gets free and starts killing people (straight out of the dev log)
-A person who is fat, has a huge beard, shabby cloths, and vomits at the sight of sun light(apparently in one of the newer seasons)
-Tons of sex/babies
-An all encompassing lust for wealth

The list goes on, but now I can watch the show by mentally replacing each person with a dwarf.

Just from this, Grey's Anatomy is now going to get a secondary audience in the form of DF players. Kind of like the brony movement.

I feel like it needs an accompanying drinking game...
Every time something happens in the show that has happened to you in dwarf fortress drink.

We just need to be sure to watch the final episodes, when the time comes. If no one survives its a keeper. Even more so if everyone's death was somehow related to an excessive number of cats.

I kinda want to start a medical fortress based on this, but I've got another fortress I'm working on at the moment. Working on very slowly...
