Sounds awesome, but I can't find it in the iOS appstore.

If you use Android or IOS I have JUST the game for you.

Hmm. I am trying out the game Dungeon Diary ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.windbellrrr.app.dungeondiary&hl=es )

While it may not be a LOOKER, it is probably one of the best PASSIVE games I've played. It's a mix between an RPG and a programming *lite* sim.

You give a girl a series of commands to do in the dungeon ( IF enemy is present turn left, IF lost teleport to dungeon entrance etc) and you basically have to undertake a series of quests and give back a bunch of money to some lady who will expand your inventory bag little by little for doing it.

An obscure gem, I'm having a heck of a time playing.

The best thing is it's hands off once you go into the dungeon, you can minimize and come back later and see if your planning paid off, or you could, you know, watch it in real time.

I think it might be what you are looking for?

This looks awesome, is there anything similar to it for PC?

Not to my knowledge :S. I'm thinking it's ONLY for android now. Its awesome that it does it in passive time, since now when I wake up in the middle of the night to take a pee I can check on my dungeoneering ^^

Holy Invasion of Privacy Badman 2 is sort of a "retro dungeon keeper". It has a "zen" mode where you can build and watch a dungeon. All "building" entails is digging a few passage ways and dredging up a few low class heros(on command). I can explain more if you want, but its been a while since I've played.

I've used Warcraft 3's editor to make AI battles.

DF's arena mode works well too.

Final Fantasy Tactics of some of the Tactics Ogres have a "set to AI mode", you can even use the latter for actual character training if you want.

While maybe not what you're quite looking for, but the Big Win series of iOS games are pretty decent sports management games. Zero interaction when it comes to the actual games.

Anyone of the equivalent to the royal bloodline in a nomadic group would have a sun tattooed on their hand, or a scrotum on their forehead (it's a little-known fact that fraternities are based off of long-forgotten tribes).

In the old Rainbow Six games (pre-Las Vegas at least, don't know about LV 1 and 2), you could do the planning yourself then spectate as your team would follow the plan. And rage at their stupidity... Most missions have you split over several teams anyway, so there's always AI involvement, even if you yourself are leading one team.
