What exactly do you mean by that?

Are you asking if there is a mod that lets you play different civs, being able to choose them at embark, or if there is a mod with a civ consisting of multiple species?

Um...

My science mod adds playable elves and humans, but not all at the same time, if that's what you're wondering. You can embark as one at a time, in the same world, but not all in one embark.

Ah, that. I made one of those a while ago, but it's not updated to 34.01, much less 34.11. DFHack includes DFusion, which has that as a feature.
