Has trader disappearance bug been fixed?

I have been suffering from the "traders don't come anymore" bug from 33b, and I'm wondering if it's fixed in 33c.  If it is, I'll upgrade, but if not, I'll wait until the eat/drink/rest loop bug is fixed.
