Games of all time (estimation of what I remember).

1.  Warcraft 3 Custom Maps - Spent probably 3 years daily playing games on it.

2.  Runescape - I was 10, alright?

3.  DotA 2 - 660+ hours on it with Steam.

I have no idea... i played many games on and off for a LONG time.
My presonal guess would be WoW... because i played it a LOT on privs (never bothered to play on official servers for some reason... and now i'm kinda glad i never started).
Other contenders would be games from Impressions/Sierra as a whole. P layed the crap out of Pharaoh, Cesar 2-4, Zeus.
Ands i have no idea what could i possibly put in 3'rd place because there were just so many good games i played a lot...
Maybe GTA (again whole series with emphasis on GTA2 since it was the newest game that worked on my old cranky Pentium 233 MMX)

1. Everquest - At least 6000 hours (adding up the days played on my two main characters... not counting all of my alts and my playtime on other people's accounts)
2. M&B: Warband - 279 hours
3. Sims 3 - 241 hours

Nothing else is even close.  Well, maybe unreal world... but I don't have any idea how many hours I've sunk into that one.

It's tough to say since i only started actually using Steam recently and i have no idea on the time, but

1: Hearts of Iron. Because taking over the world as Hungary is fun.

2: Warhammer 40k Dawn of War. Da shootiest game there iz.

3: Doom. Somehow i just end up back at Doom a lot.

Probably.....

1. Killing Floor - ~400+ hours.
2. Terraria - ~300+ hours
3. Battlefield Bad Company 2 - < ~300 hours

I'm not even going to bother trying to tabulate my hours in EQ or WoW.

I suppose if I added up all the time I spent playing CoH MP, making and testing maps, it would crush all except for my MMOs.

1. Either Runescape or AdventureQuest. I absolutely adored both when I was still in grade school, before I had any taste in anything (and before Runescape was shite). The time on both is inestimably large, I played them almost all day every day from 2004ish to 2008.

2. My main Xbox Morrowind save file has 60 hours on it, and there's probably a couple more hours on my PC save file. Metal Gear Solid 2 is also a strong contender here, but it's not sure since I've lost/deleted saves and the mission times on the save games are all different.

3. The clock on my Twilight Princess save says 23 hours. A lot of it is probably re-reading the "You got a blue rupee!" message, but I still look forward to adding even more hours to that save.

StarCraft, by an enormously large margin. At least 10,000 hours, and very likely more.

Beyond that, I'd have to guess. Probably two of: Planetside 2, Crusader Kings 2, Civilization IV, Morrowind, and Transformice.

2. Team Fortress 2 - 1000+ (wiped the stats for it a bunch of time, Steam currently says 701 hours)
3. Garry's Mod - 489 hours

I think I was ~120 days /played on my world of warcraft druid. So 2800+ hours. On one character. I had several max level characters besides her, but most of them were only in the 7-15 days /played range. So probably 3600ish hours played altogether.

Everything else drops off heavily after that, but I probably logged a couple hundreds hours each in Ultima Online and Eve.
