Demons are randomly generated so without some hacking of the game it's fairly impossible.

That said I know you used to be able to do it with DFWorld Tinker, though the last supported version for that was back in 31.x. If you look around you might be able to find something similar, but I don't know of anything off of the top of my head.

It would be brutally difficult and probably won't work. In other words, it's absolutely dwarven!

I've got a theory; the human civ's leader nearest to my Fort is a demon. This would make it friendly - meaning if I could capture it (with a decoy noble for example), I could theoretically have a tamed demon; to pit against other creatures - like HFS demons.

How would you capture a Leader from another civilization in fort mode?

It would be just perfect. That way it would be eager on attacking anything you release it against and it won't starve anyway.
I see absolutely no possible downsides with having an insane demon diplomat as a pet.

Screw dogs!We need more demons!
We need to make a goblin pit trap with a demon in it.Let's see how much it can kill before being lucky shotted.

Bonus:make this arena pit deep and in the middle of a meeting zone (the hole shouldn't be part of the meeting zone) so your dwarves and pets don't get bored.
