ok, leave door open, check next door.

there's no immediate threat posed by a statue, so might as well continue clearing the area before doing a proper investigation.

figure can fiddle with the brazier once the surrounding area is clear.

((I don't think heating something that is right above us to a ridiculous degree is very smart. Worst case scenario we become +metal statues+. This is a finely crafted metal statue. It is encrusted with sharkmist and HMRC. On the item is an image of HMRC and Pancaek. Pancaek is laughing. The HMRC is melting. The artwork relates to the encasing of the HMRC in metal by Pancaek during the Mission of Many People.))

  OOC: Since nobody else appears to be interested, I suppose I'm going with your post.
  Leaving the statue behind, you open the next door- the eastern one-and find a small chest, surrounded by a gout of flame constantly rising out of the ground. On the ground is a small pressure plate, clearly marked from the floor. Leaving the western room, you enter the southern one. In this room, you see a sleeping wolf with a key tied around its neck.
