Hey Bay12! Long time no see. I've been working on a roguelike Zombie Survival game, and more recently, the combat scenario part of it. I've done some closed alpha testing of it with a few friends, but now I think it's ready for a wider test audience, suggestion, critique, etc.
I'd appreciate you reporting any bugs you find into this thread, I'd also love any suggestions to make it more fun.
Features- Ranged Combat (Ranged Attack, Fall Back, Hide)
- Melee Combat (Melee Attack, Dodge, Defend)
- Accidentally running into more zombie hordes
- Zombies "Wandering off"
When connected with the game itself, the player will be able to increase skills, speed, attributes, use weapons/armour to improve his ability in this scenario, etc.
How to Win1 - Destroy all Zombies
2 - Outrun the Zombies
3 - "If you can't beat em, join em"...
Melee Attack
Deals 0-6 Damage.
Ranged Attack
Deals 0-6 Damage.
Dodge
You will either roll, jump or run out of the way.
Roll = 0.5m (aprox)
Jump = 1.25m (aprox)
Run 2m (aprox)
Defend
Defending causes a 60% chance of deflecting attacks for about 3 seconds.
Fall Back
Falling Back causes your character to run around 1.7m-2.3m away.
Hide
Hiding will cause the zombies to lose you for a random amount of time - from 0.5 seconds to 6 seconds. When they finally refind you, they will have wandered off in the wrong direction by accident a short distance.
This is namely so that your allies, when attached to the main game, can deal some damage whilst you take a breather.
