LCS save file location on Linux (Ubuntu)

Having just started LCS, I'm botching things up on a regular basis, so I've been looking for a way to start fresh.
Doesn't seem to be any in game option, and I can't find the save file to delete it .

Looking at lcsio.cpp it looks like it should be in <install directory>/.lcs but that doesn't exist?

And typically after an hour looking I found it just after I posted, where I thought I'd looked already.
It's in my home folder, in  ~/.lcs

Seriously, though, putting the saves into ~/.cache/lcs/ would be a better thing than what it is now.
