extreme pain as newbie necro

hey guys, i just started my first adventurer run as a necromancer. its been about one day since i got my powers, and my human just dropped on the ground in extreme pain. every part of his body (skin/muscle/fat/bone) is in pain and he keeps fainting due to it. im just writhing in a field as i type this, what do????

Can ya show us the Status (z) (h)ealth Tab? Maybe there is something important.
came you from a Gruesome Battle? HAve you Fast Travelled yet to recover the Wounds? (<-- Wounds Heal faster if you fast (T)ravel.)

Perchance if you have fought a Forgotten Beast/Titan, you might have caught a pain-inducing syndrome. While extremely unlikely, you may have accidentally fallen from enough of a height to damage your everything without killing you outright.
