Found a candy cavern floor in part of a cave that I haven't reached. Does it lead to a circus tent?

The spires tend to reach the third cavern layer. I've never found the very top layer to be hollow, so you should be safe for that. After that, it's regular dig one wrong tile and you've got ampersands spewing everywhere.

If you're lucky, you may be able to see a few levels of the stuff that allows you to safely mine it out. Just make sure you don't, you know, die.
