Ores on Embark Screen

I've seen it in some screenshots, but how do you make the game show all ores for that site on the embark screen?

So, instead of:

-Shallow metals
-Deep metal

I want to have:

-Hematite
-Native copper
-Native Platinum

Those screenshots are from earlier versions, I think you have to use other programs to check now.

DFHack's "prospect all" is really useful in that case as a backup.
