I can't remove a rough floor.

Title.

I must have accidentally placed a floor over a channel I dug for a GCS silk farm. Now I can't remove it.
When I go into Designations, it shows up as a red "C".
Removing Construction won't work for some reason.

Help is appreciated.

That sounds like it's not a constructed floor, but a natural one.  Try channeling it out?

A red "C" means it is the top of a constructed wall.

This. Go down a level and remove the wall there; it'll show up as a green C when you're on the correct Z-level.
