Not that I can think of. In fact, I've been recently trying to get back into doing things like that, I've been a bit of a slug for a month and a half.
Biggest thing I can think of would be NJROTC drill, but we weren't doing anything too strenuous, ever, and I've been doing it for more than a year.

I really can't think of anything.
I was in NJROTC before (I'm a busy guy okay??!). Drills couldn't have been it really. Hmm.. I suppose thats all I've got to say. Can't think of anything else to tell you. Cheers! Get better soon!

Thanks. I'm going to avoid googling cases of this because even though I'm only a slight hypochondriac the internet makes everyone one

So, did you see a doctor? Even if you don't have insurance you can get into an Urgent Care so you don't have to pay Emergency Room bills. Might be a good idea to have it scanned and poked at. At least then you'll know whether you should put ice on it or heat.

If you are looking for something good to read (that is also free), Baen Books has a number of selections available online. I'd recommend the Honor Harrington series, the first of which can be found here:

I meant to mention, this site: http://baencd.thefifthimperium.com/  has a LOT of the Baen stuff on CDs, readable via html or various book readers or even directly off their site.  All the Honorverse except the very latest couple of books, looks like nearly all of Hammer's Slammers, that alternate history 1634/Baltic War series, John Ringo, etc...
