May be a bit slow turned out to be one of my bigger understatements...

But I have good news!

Beyond the fact that the great mountain carving has not been abandoned...

After fear that I had bugged my site and thus would never be able to expand my influence past a mere city I have become a barony once more!

And what more the baroness is an interesting lady, risen from the ranks of my farmers (because I learned by lesson from previous attempts to get a baroness/baron whom has a nice big family).

In celebration of her rise I spun off a copy of the world so I could trawl the legends for her family lineage...

Legend image dumps spoilered for your convenience.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I've burrowed her and her eldest daughter in the Tradekeep for their protection.

Goblin sieges almost never survive fighting into the Keep Proper these days but I am also very nearly complete.

Anyone have suggestions for proper ways to honor the great heroes who gave our new baroness parentage?

And despite my best efforts the baroness wandered into a troll during a siege, got splattered into a alvoce in the wall of the dead and then had all of her children go completely raving mad...

*sigh*

Well I guess I'll just go back to architecture...

Your strength has crumbled?

Do *NOT* despair.

This is a great achievement.

Re-embark. It shall be epic. At the very least for screenies!

Oh I'm not crumbled, the siege was pitiful its just the 10 dwarves that happened to die were the nobles I thought were gonna live on for epic lineages...

Screenies coming as soon as there is architectural developments worth showing...

Cleanup and carving is slow going (mostly the clean up is slow going)

I have a little over half my work force in the military and half of them are training at any given time.

Just so you know, if your comp is beefy enough, you can pretty ctrl+f5 to take a screenshot of EVERYTHING with stonesense, or at least evertything on that Z level. if you really want everything everything, do ctrl+shift+F5.

Setting the stonesense drawing mode to software can be useful here.
