I usually make my own, favourite is just mozzarella, tomatoes and self-made pesto.
I'm also partial to goat cheese, olives and thyme, possibly with a little honey.

Tomato sauce&herbs, mushrooms, onions, red paprika, ton o shredded gouda.

That's all I need for pizza happiness.

Out of curiosity, I wonder if anybody has some good recipes for sauces?  I've been just using tomato paste, black pepper and oregano for mine, but I'm sure I could do a lot better.

I did try garlic+mayo (stolen from another thread I think?) on my pizza instead once and it was pretty tasty too.

I just make tomato sauce with majorana, basil, oregano and black pepper
