Nah, it's always been difficult to find a server. Keep trying and try at different times of the day. And maybe open the port responsible for MP (7917) on your router/firewall.

I'm a bit late to the party, but I'll say this.

I think the game's terrible. It's too easy at many points, the platforming is glitched as fuck (if you want to jump right, it'll sometimes jump left) and the throwing knives are just overpowered. Hell, if you shoot a gun at a wall several times, everybody just stands there like nothing happened.

What? I'll admit that the game is slightly easy, but every other point is entirely wrong. Ezio always jumps to the landing spot that is most directly in front of him, throwing knives take three shots (IIRC, possibly two) to kill the guards later in the game and shooting your gun leads to anyone within a few yards of you getting scared.

Yeah, not really sure what AOD was on about there.

Really? Every time I shoot the gun into a wall, nobody even flinches. And for some reason, throwing knives instantly kill and can target up to 3 targets.

Right about the knives. Only mission or tower targets take more than one to kill. Even the heavies die from one.

Only if they're unaware of your presence.  I assume an expertly thrown knife in the back/throat would finish me off in one too.

The platforming itself isn't broken, but the controls (atleast for the 360) sure are. It took me way too long to finish those jumping puzzles in the ending.

Brotherhood is too easy at parts and way too short, in my opinion. It's a good game, but just not as enjoyable as AC2.

Really? Even when throwing the knives from the front, they instantly died. For me, at least.

I think if you're using the special attack, the knives do a lot more damage than usual.

I rarely used special attacks; dancing around with a dagger murdering everyone was much more fun. I could carpet the ground with bodies!

Bumping this to mention they're doing this facebook gimmick to reveal the next AC. If you like it, then you get a look at how unvealed it currently is and apparently the more people do this, the more it gets revealed.

Right now it's at 13% and I think it looks like a distorted map of the world centered at Europe. Might be wrong, though.

So I finally got around to getting this...

And I have to say it's one of the easiest Assassin's Creed's made. Going all Gun-Fu with Ezio basically means that after the first successful counter-kill, virtually everything else around you is going to die. I mean, don't get me wrong. It's badass. But combat used to feel really meaty and believable. But in this one fights with 8 guys are over in less than 10 seconds sometimes. I haven't even gotten the Brotherhood started but...why would I? I can kill thousands on my own just fine.
