You could try uberex's version Board Stations where marine skill does matter; though how much skill is necessary I do not know. If all else fails, you could always ask a scripter for a tweak so control of the station only lasts a few minutes - which is enough to say, slip in a TS and yoink everything on it.

I've tried Super Tractor and I'm fairly certain it doesn't let you jump stations; unless there was an update to allow it.

And yes, Complex Cleaner and/or the Tubeless Complexes. Another FPS saver is the Low Poly Asteroid mod (and a related Aldrin Meteor Shrinker).

Edit: In case we need More Dakka there's the Advanced Weapon Research Mod and its related scripts. You don't know fear until you face an Advanced Firestorm Torpedo Barrage.

I propose adding something in the vein of the Terran revitalization project.

Otherwise the Terran economy is just completely broken.

Terran issues are already acknowledged.

I haven't seen these advanced weapons.  I may have to look into that...

Most of the new lasers AWRM totes are Prototype/Enhanced/Advanced versions of already existing weapons (like Reunion's Alpha/Beta/Gamma weapons), which generally boost said weapons DPS/Range/Etc at the cost of taking more cargo and having higher energy requirements. Advanced weapons add additional functionality aside from boosted stats. An example is the Advanced Gauss Cannon, which is a normal Gauss Cannon with 4x(!) fire rate at the cost of 4x energy and a taking up 200 cargo space.

Terrans get analogues of the Commonwealth weapons as well as a full group of "Vanguard" missiles types. The Terran PSG is incredibly deadly to fighters as it halves their movement rate.

Missiles also get Enhanced/Advanced types. The advanced firestorm torpedo has double damage yield and is a swarm missile. So 2GJ X 8 warheads, Yikes.

Note that these weapons aren't produced in vanilla stations. You'll need Logain's Production Modules which lets M1/TL/EQ docks produce them (Or any other ware you can get your hands on). Otherwise, you'll have to find them as salvage.

This version of AWRM also throws in CPLS and PMTS. Carrier Power Link System increases an M1's (or any ship that can carry other ships) weapon/shield recharge by a fraction of the recharge rates of its docked ships, while the PMTS allows the equipped ship to sacrifice shield power to recharge weapon energy and vice versa. Note that both need to be bought and are fairly steep.
