Can't collect webs, forbidding-unforbidding workaround does not work

I've got hit by the 1254 web pathfinding bug. I have forbidden all webs from the Stocks menu. Still getting the pathfinding spam. Unforbidden one web, checked that it is reachable by moving military there. Still getting spam. Any ideas for a workaround?

If you have DFhack you could try to use "autodump" to dump all webs in one accessible tile near your loom, so that they can be collected. Or you could atomsmash them.
