Sword of the Stars 2 is alot more playable now than it was when it first came out, that's for sure.  But MORE is a turn-based strategy based more on Masters of Orion than anything else.  I know for a fact these dev guys don't want to make a repeat of SotS2 or MoO3.  :P

Looks interesting, but we shall see. Might drop ten bucks later, if the next releases do keep looking promising.
