Wired did a pretty in depth article about FoxConn last year, I wanna say. And they found that FoxConn is one of the better Manufactures in China. And its alleged high suicide rate was under China's national average. Its dormitory, comparatively were cleaner and better maintained too then other factorys dorms. I think rent was higher though.

I highly recommend the This American Life episode in which they detailed the retraction. Ira Glass has an awesome, totally smooooooth voice; always so calm. But in that episode, you can hear he's really pissed.
