Looking for: Does something like this exist:

I was yearning for some game with complex melee combat. That is, some game where I could for example, decide to grapple someone, get them down to the ground, and stab them with a knife while they are down, without this being an already pre-programed combo. Or summing it up, I want more games with a combat system similar to that of Dwarf Fortress. :P

Any games you guys can recommend me? Other than Dwarf Fortress itself that is... :P

Assuming you're thinking of a turn-based game, you might look at Incursion.  It has grappling, tripping, entangling, stunning, and I don't know what all else.

For an action game, maybe Overgrowth?

Backing up Incursion. Everything about it is complex to the point of being rediculous. But if you're into that sort of thing I'm sure it'd be a dream!
