when jenarating a new world i found the enbark points will chainge a civ groth rate but i dont know what aspect of civs it chainges. does anyone know and if so how?

The only thing that changing embark points alters is the amount of points you are given when you embark carefully. Nothing else is changed about how the civ grows or spreads during world generation.
