i usually make my character a ninja , then recruit 6 children and make them earn money for me by playing street music .

i know that i can train some skills in college , but i usually use only sword and i don't know good ways to train any weapon skill , only by attacking guard dogs because they count as armed assault , not murder .

whenever i recruit someone , his max weapon skill is usually only 2 and no teacher skill , so they can't help me train anything .

All you can really do is keep using your weapons, they're pretty much the hardest things to raise. Just keep finding things to shoot.

Keep in mind that having higher agility will increase the rate at which your weapon skill increases, as well as increases your accuracy.

And strive for 4 dodge before you start, easily learned at University.  That'll deflect many of the bullets.

Well, see, there's your problem. When a manager punches Chuck Norris in the arm, god starts begging Chuck Norris and he gets extra turns instead of losing them. You too can have this benefit, with 9,999,999 martial arts.

More seriously, that was one mean punch. You lost more than half your health to one untrained manager's punch to the arm. Such are the cruelties of Liberal Crime Squad.
