Help with Custom Creature / Custom Syndrome

As the title reads I need help with a custom creature (only way to see one in the world is an adventurer turns into one). I have a working one that turns you into a Dragon but when I try to use the custom creature it turns me into a toad...

Here are all the relevant raw entries, if more are needed I will gladly post them.

Here is the creature, I know it is OP: It is in the creature_standard like the dragon.

The Dragon one works perfectly but the other one just turns me into a toad :/

SLADE_CREATURE needs a caste and you need to mention the caste in the CE:CREATURE, like so:

That makes sense, thanks.

So for the syndrome it would need to be:  [CE:CREATURE:SLADE_CREATURE:DEFAULT]? Just saw it in bold after posting this  :-[

One more question, how long does the syndrome last, I've noticed with the dragon one I can move around and attack stuff quite a bit sometimes (especially when my dwarf goes into a trance right before the transformation), but others I move three times before turning into a naked dwarf. Reason for asking is I have to swim across three world tiles of ocean carrying all my things in my backpack and if I revert back mid way I'll drop my backpack and all my stuff into the middle of the ocean.
