I understand that having things fall on you now does damage - how does this work for having creatures dropped on you?

Also do creatures that have fallen from many Z levels high still explode?  Does this shrapnel of body parts do damage?

Just curious - I tried testing it in arena mode and I wasn't able to get something to drop far enough.

An experiment to test this in a live fortress would be easy to pull off for one who is well versed in playing fortress mode.  (I am not)

Creatures do nothing. Dropping the goblinite on them, however......

And, unfortunately, dropping severl injures the landed upon, but not the lander. I have been trying to push the idea of a military dwarf delivery system, but so far no takers. Probably for the best, the gobbos dodge out of the way.

Thanks for the reminder about dropping damage. My execution pit just got a little more fun with the addition of a platinum statue stockpile next to it.

Now if only you could forge a piano...

You could go install the masterwork mod, build a stage within LOS of the pit, and set the dwarf with the lowest musicality at them.
