Starbase Orion is a good one and they keep updating it.

Speaking of roguelike, you could always get Rogue if you want to sink a little time- yes, it's on there. Nethack too, but since nethack is more complex it gets pretty hard to play on an ipod.

Nethack on the iPod is learning a bunch of gestures, but it does get easier after a while. I like having a more mobile version of it, though.
