Yes it is. I saw some messages telling that he couldn't rest because of the cyclop in sight. (even if not true)

I suppose the Royal Guard finally has an occupation.  They second out to the Doctor's Hit Squad.  When patient can't be treated, they hunt down the specific creature that the patient had been fighting, and kill it so that treatment may begin. 

Wait, what if the creature leaves the map?
