I got a Nickel Battle Axe artifact made with plant and rough jems,
It weighs 7. Is it good against Goblins, Elves and Clowns?

Just for future reference, but nickel is a fairly terrible thing to get weapons out of. It's fairly heavy, which helps it do a little more damage as a bashing weapon, but overall both it's impact (blunt combat) and shear (cutting combat) values are massively lower then even things like copper.
