Dismantling traps?

Im going through this place I found and spotted a weapon trap. The weapon trap has a sweet steel rifle and 50 bullets (playing masterwork mod) and i want to go shoot someone, how can i take the weapon? :(

I don't know about Masterwork, but you can't dismantle traps in vanilla DF.
