Red S symbol on workshop job

What does it mean? I tried to google, but my -fu skills are apparently weak.

Means the job was suspended for some reason, usually quite a bit rarer than outright workshop-job cancellation. Should be able to highlight the job and un-suspend it easily. And check yer announcements to see what caused it.

in workshops, it's either the player or dfhack, I think

Yes, it is DFhack, I have workflow enabled - pumping out gold crafts is important :D

brewing is important. Plant processing is important (thread). Gold crafts are not.

Brewing is on repeat too.

As for plant processing, I just buy metric tons of thread from caravans with all those masterwork gold goodies.
