Well... There are lots of pictures like that. I found one taken in Prague and one in Warsaw.

If you want to find more like this just google image search something like 'old marketplace night' and look for something relevant. Once you have a city name in the description you can narrow it down and look for the better pictures, because chances are that someone else has been there with a camera.
