Why is my Dwarf so tired?

Ok so, sure, I may be doing a lot of fast travel, but I have never had the issues with being tired that I am having now...
Basically no matter how much I rest, I tire almost instantly.  I've rested for a total of 16 hours twice in a row (16hours, save, then another 16)

After all that time I am down ot "blue" drowsy, and less then a few minutes of travel I go from yellow to red again.
WTF?

Because you rest so much, I believe. If you sleep the second you go into drowsy you get drowsy easier.


But I am not sure. Take my words as much as you take a elven spear's worth.

Yup, I get that too. I noticed that it almost always happens when I have companions maybe it has something to do with your companions drowsiness not being the same as yours but I'm not sure. I usually go solo adventuring anyways. You might want to kill off your friends for the sake of not having that speed penalty.

Well, my companion rang away during the night 0_o And I am still sleepy as all heck.

EDIT:

Ok it is something wrong with my companion.  Just as a test, I put "[NO_SLEEP]" into the raws to see what would happen, and he has "Slumberous" flashing under his name after a good 10hours of rest.

Have you been bitten by a snake or encountered anything with venom or gas in your travels?
