Goblin city

I was playing my 4fun cheated character and I found city with friendly goblins. I thought that goblins are evil and will kill everyone but they even want to trade. :D

I'm guessing goblins owned the human civ or vice versa, then they procedded to outbreed(or outlive) the human populace. It's the same reason you see elves and dwarves in human cities.
