Drawing a day : short attention span ahoy!

I know I'm not a very good artist, because I never have the willpower to spend hours on something but I want to change that, so I'm going to take this challenge of one drawing for a day.

Please dont get me drawing buildings it tends to trigger some sort of strange reaction of straight lines and even angles, other then that fair game.

I really got to learn how to make textures, and more experimenting with how much details can be in something before its got to many areas of interest, I'm just not as skilled as other artists, and I got to quit bashing myself.



I really dont know what else to do with it, I just dont.

Why not try to draw buildings to overcome your weaknesses?

I'll try to do more when I wake up but like all my kobolds I never get arms and legs I can be happy with.

Ah line art. Its not that I am bad at drawing buildings its that When I do draw buildings it becomes less about artistic expression and all about the shape. I got this weird thing about what a room shape is, it tends to clash with characters and objects and its not just art I do it all the time.

Guess its tempered from a childhood of cartoons where the characters didnt interact with the scene at all.

Up for a challenge?

Draw a walking building, no, better yet, a skyscraper happily skipping trough a field of daisies.

The angles and straight lines shouldn't be too bad with this one ^^

Very nice, I like what you did with the reflection of the grass and the sky.

Now to elaborate the picnic in the meadow thing, the focus should be the two skyscrapers looking at each other romantically while sharing a strawberry icecream.

How does a building look at another building romanticly?  Wait... nm I dont want to go into strange fetishes.

...maybe instead of a skyscraper a brickhouse... thats the only building porn joke I can think of, i just hope they use a condo...
