I recently acquisitioned a set of Necro Armor, I use ranged combat, but I'm wondering if the Molten Armor or Necro would be better for fighting the WoF.

For your question, you use a lot of ammo and general ranged attacks against the wall of flesh, but it can also tear you up pretty good with necro on. Depends on how good you are at dodging all the stuff it spits atcha.
