In game world editor

hey Guys, first time posting here. I wanted to know if there is a "In Game World Editor", like being able to make things instantly or mine. if there is one for the current version i must have missed it and if there isnt one could some one make one? preferably with a button to toggle beween normal game and the editor

There isn't any. The closest thing there is is DFhack, which is limited in what it can do.
