Dwarfs don't wanna stockpile misc. goods?

I'm bringing shit in from the wagon, and everything's inside, except for some select goods.

Some empty buckets, bags, and barrels, and an anvil.

What do I have to select on a stockpile for these goods to register? Finished products won't do it.
