Apparently boiling extract causes a dwarf to bleed to death... even when there's no wounds or blood being left by the dwarf.  The only symptom showing on their health when viewing the 3 dwarves (when they were alive) was that a diagnosis was required.  They couldn't even walk 60 steps before falling dead.

It doesn't seem right for a dwarf to die to death from bleeding when there was no bleeding.
