you should be able to use an attack strength/speed modifier that changes the strength of the attack or the speed. maybe a 1-10 1 being very fast and hard to block but weak, 10 being a massive but easily blockable/dodgable. for example if your bare fisted 1 would jab, 10 would be a hay maker punch and everything in between would be progressive

So this suggestion would be a 1... rapidly banged out but with little substance or impact.  Yes?

What exactly are you intending here?  Easier modding for more weapon variety? Increased targeting detail in adventuure mode?

A bit of both, but mainly to increase adventure modes combat richness
