what can I craft with them?

I would think they would be under "bonecrafting." It's the only one that fits.

According to the wiki they're handled as horns for purpose of crafting, and use the bone carver labor.

Yup, I just stick horns all over the junky stone/clay/glass crafts. Adds to the value.
