Workshops forbidden for manager

Currently, if a workshop is marked as forbidden, the manager won't push tasks to it. However, no other dwarf can use it either.

Especially in the case of craft shops and masons shops, this is a bit unfortunate, as you might want to use a certain kind of stone for most mundane tasks (doors, tables, chairs) while using a secondary material for making blocks, for instance.

With stockpiles giving to workshops, you can select materials all right, but using it with the manager requires additional micromanagement.

So therefore, in the workshop profile, for instance, having an option to Forbid for Manager, allowing regular use, but preventing the manager from pushing jobs to it, would be a boon.

It is a good idea and it has been proposed many times.

The workarounds are filling the queue of a workshop with repeated or suspended tasks.
