I'am mining for the caverns when suddenly i see a cavern so deep couldn't see the bottem from the top.
Is this normal?
And how am i supposed to build a secure base with 64 Z-levels high walls?

Ridiculously tall caverns seem to be common in Island worlds; unfortunately, all worlds generated using "Create New World!" are island worlds.

If you instead use "Design New World with Advanced Parameters" and choose a REGION instead of an ISLAND (ideally a MEDIUM REGION or LARGE REGION), you will get worlds that are much shallower, sometimes less than 50 Z-levels between the surface and the magma sea.

As in, you'd want to wall up the cavern? I guess you just need a lot of stone and patience lol. I'd be interested to see such a cavern!

Several thousand pieces of stone/metal/soap should do the trick.
