Does he have long white hair, laugh maniacly when murdering someone with a magical sword and has a penchant for time travel?

I just lock suspicious immigrants in the quarantine room, if they don't get hungry or thirsty after a couple months then I have a vampire.

I had planned to drown him in the well and have a vampire colony but I never got around to it.
