In the future Dwarves should be able to party too hard and do something stupid. It would add flavor if you occasionally had dwarves spending  few days in jail for getting drunk and running around naked.

Soberness and drunkenness are swapped, a dwarf gets drunk when he goes without drink, he gets sober from drinking. Thats how I think of it, atleast.
