Also, I was reading back a couple/few thousand years ago when the king of Israel was rebuilding after an Assyrian attack, he had to hack his way through the jungle to get to and cut a path to bring back those cedars of Lebanon, because the area was so heavily forested way back in the day, so maybe using their densities for a tropical forest cedar is kinda fitting :p

Technically, there is a single-character alchemical symbol for earth.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alchemical_symbol

It's an inverted triangle with a horizontal line through it.

That's the symbol for the element earth. In the present context the symbol for the planet would be more appropriate.
