Well some of the denizens seem to become gods of some human civs, so I guess it's a holy place for some religions.

The demons pretend to be gods, so no. Those religions probably hate HFS all the same.

Unless Uristmcdemon disguises himself as Uristmcdemonicgod

I don't know, their holy books seem to have titles such as "Start your day with MURDER" and like. I think they'd fit right in.

... What's unusual about that? Don't you start YOUR day with MURDER?

Side note, feature Toady needs to add: when you read a demon-diety's autobiography, you should learn how and where he escaped hell, giving you a marker on the map, as well as instructions on how to get down there from the surface and back up again, without having to build a fort :p That'd be cool :D
