Cauldrons, Knives, Bowls and Ladles

Are these used in dwarf fortress??  Anything special required for using them?

The wiki is very vague only saying some tools can be used by your dwarves in Fortress mode... yet never telling you which ones.

Thanks I will ignore these four tools.  It would be fun if the cook could equip the knives.

These aren't used in fortress mode, at the moment they're just decorations/weapons for night creature lairs.

Jam a door with its corpse and let all the goblins in. Hey, nobody said it had to be a weapon against your enemies.

Carving fork (contact area 1) + Legendary micsc. object user = lightsaber FtW.

Certainly you could argue that DF is a lot like The Sims, only... you know... with more vomit and decapitation.
If you launch a wooden mine cart towards the ocean at a sufficient speed, you can have your entire dwarf sail away in an ark.
