My dwarves are not bringing any food to them. They are defaults (no custom), yet the food in the farm is just sitting there, going bad, and the beer is just sitting at the still.

can they reach it? somehow causing stairs or whatever to fail is common. Is everyone bussy? people being too busy will cause plants to wither and delay some hauling

Hauling is far more difficult to manage now. If your food stockpile uses either wheelbarrows or barrels, dwarves will not stockpile the food until they have access to both. You should disable wheelbarrows on your food stockpile and increase barrel production.

The food is being moved to the still, and the beer being made. It is just the food stockpile not getting anything.

No wheelbarrows, I haven't touched that yet. All other stockpiles are working.

EDIT: Just noticed, my seeds stockpile (subset of food) just stopped working. It was working when I made it. Made a new food stockpile, also not working.

EDIT2: made a custom stockpile with only food enabled, still not working. However, when I set the number of barrels it can use, it does get barrels, though only empty barrels.
